The primary responsibility of the Senior Secured Funding Analyst is to support the Head of Capital Markets with the management of the bank’s capital markets funding programmes and to lead the ongoing post securitisation issuance reporting. This includes the establishment and ongoing management of a Securitisation programme, maintenance of the bank's unsecured debt capital markets programmes as well as the bank's relationship with the Bank of England Sterling Monetary Framework and all funding managed under the framework.
Role Description
- Supporting the securitisation programme, working with a number of stakeholders across the bank, to establish the bank's securitisation capability and issuances.
- Lead the management of the securitisation post-issuance reporting, regulatory reporting (in conjunction with Regulatory Reporting internal teams), collateral management and supporting ongoing external stakeholder management
- Support the management of external securitisation counterparties (arranging banks, lawyers, trustees, rating agencies, investors, corporate services providers)
