We are working with a Big 4 firm in London who are looking for a contractor within Treasury Operations. This is a 12 month FTC with scope for extension. Whilst you will be working for this Big 4 firm, you will be working for their client (bank) on-site and working on a large project.

Role Description

As the Treasury Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for payments and settlements, reconciliations, treasury systems support, compliance and stakeholder collaboration.

Role Requirements

Experience within banking/financial services is essential
Proven experience in treasury operations with a strong understanding of payments, settlements and reconciliations.
Knowledge of financial instruments including money markets instruments, foreign exchange and debt securities
Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) is essential. Experience of Calypso beneficial.

This big 4 firm are building on their success and looking for experienced Treasury candidates to join their successful Corporate Treasury team.

At Assistant Manager, Manager & Senior Manager levels, you will be responsible for leading and undertaking advisory & consultancy services to their corporate clients.

Taking responsibility for the preparation of external Securitisation Reporting deliverables and the associated calculations and bookkeeping in accordance with legal documentation.

Integral role within Group Treasury team, supporting the Head of Treasury:

Identifying and managing financial risks
Day to day operational Treasury tasks
Preparation of month end book entries and reporting
Preparation of cash flow and liquidity management, deal confirmation and settlement management

The Treasury Systems Specialist will work together with the Treasury Systems Manager to ensure the quality of their Treasury Systems. Continuously working to a high standard, the Treasury Systems Specialist will review and ensure that new features and integrations are operating at an acceptable level prior to release into the production environment and readily available to our stakeholders.
