Reporting Leader - Structured Funding and Treasury Liquidity Management

Non-Bank lender with a dynamic product offering in the mortgage market requires an experienced practitioner across the full suite of structured funding reports (e.g. Securitisation and Warehouses) who also offers broader finance and control and governance skills. The position will lead a small team.

Role Description

  • Leading this team you report to the Finance Director and be tasked with the responsibility of Liquidity & Cash Management; Structured Funding & Treasury Reporting; Controls, Governance & Risk Management; Systems & Process Optimisation; producing regular and ad hoc reporting and management information. Alongside these technical duties you will maintain relationships internally and externally and lead a small team.

Role Requirements

  • Ideally offering experience from a small-medium sized non-bank lender
  • Comfortable operating within a hybrid, low office attendance culture
  • Demonstrable experience reporting on treasury wholesale markets structured funding facilities (e.g. warehouse lines, securitisation structures, lender reporting)
  • Experience dealing with legal documentation related to funding structures
  • Skilled in Liquidity, forecasting, waterfall analysis and payment and data tape analysis. Proven ability to operate within a regulated, governance-led environment
