We are working with one of the UK’s award winning Building Societies to help find them a new Treasury Reporting Lead. Working under the supervision of the Treasurer this person will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely and compliant treasury, prudential and regulatory reporting.. This is a Hybrid role where you will only need to be in the office a minimum of 2 days a week on average
Role Description
- Prepare regulatory returns including COREP/FINREP, PRA110, BoE statistical and other PRA reporting
- Ensure accuracy of capital, liquidity and interest rate risk reporting
- Preparation of ALCO pack
- Production and review of regulatory reporting governance papers
- Build and operate the liquidity stress testing model
- Own the control environment for Prudential Reporting
- Responsible for hedge accounting month end reporting and journal and maintenance of hedge accounting documentation
- Responsible for integrity of the societies TMS, management of upgrades and system development
Role Requirements
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA are preferred but not mandatory; equivalent experience will be considered
- Capital, liquidity and interest rate risk (IRRBB); ALCO and prudential reporting frameworks
- Regulatory reporting requirements including COREP/FINREP, PRA110 and BoE statistical returns
- Ability to coach others and support continuous improvement
- Strong planning, prioritisation and governance documentation skills
- Strong analytical thinking skills allow you to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences
